FineFit is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your athletic and personal data.

1. Information We Collect via Strava

Our Service functions by connecting to your Strava account. We collect:

• Profile Data: Username, gender, and weight (to calculate effort and pacing).
• Activity Data: Distance, time, heart rate, and type of sport for activities logged in the last 30 days and during your active plan.
• Athlete ID: A unique identifier to sync your progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used for two specific purposes:

• Plan Generation: We use your historical activity data to create a safe and effective training plan. This data may be processed by AI models (e.g., OpenAI) in an anonymized format.
• Progress Tracking: We monitor your new activities to determine if you have met your weekly goals and to trigger billing events if a goal is missed.

3. Payment Processing

We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). FineFit does not store your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. We only maintain a "token" that allows us to bill the motivation fee if a training target is skipped.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your training history as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so via your account settings or by contacting support. Note: Deleting your account while a plan is active may trigger a final billing event for the current week.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share anonymized training metrics with our AI partners to generate your coaching instructions. These partners are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
