FineFit is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your athletic and personal data.
Our Service functions by connecting to your Strava account. We collect:
Your data is used for two specific purposes:
We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). FineFit does not store your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. We only maintain a "token" that allows us to bill the motivation fee if a training target is skipped.
We keep your training history as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so via your account settings or by contacting support. Note: Deleting your account while a plan is active may trigger a final billing event for the current week.
We do not sell your data. We only share anonymized training metrics with our AI partners to generate your coaching instructions. These partners are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
When you connect FineFit via Strava or Garmin, we may access the following health and wellness metrics:
Purpose: This health data is used exclusively to generate your personalized training plan, evaluate your current fitness form, and adjust coaching load recommendations.
We do not sell your health data. Health and wellness metrics are not shared with third parties except in anonymized form with our AI coaching partners (as described in Section 5), who are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Deletion: You can request deletion of all your health data at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@finefit.org. Upon account deletion, all stored health metrics are permanently removed from our servers.
